Terms and conditions
After booking an appointment with Hypnowellbeing, whether by telephone or email, in accepting the appointment, you the client, also agree to the following conditions.
Appointment and deposit
All appointments are subject to a 50% deposit. The final balance specified in the appointment must be paid at the end of the session by either cheque with a bankers card as a guarantee or by cash.
Cancellations or re-scheduling
If you need to cancel a session, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise, the full session fee is payable.
Rescheduling before the 48-hour deadline will allow the deposit to be carried over to the new appointment. The terms and conditions for cancelling will be the same for the new appointment.

Appointment times are as stated by the therapist. Late attendance for a session may not guarantee a full session.
What to expect from a consultation session
Before you start any of our treatments, I will ask you to complete a medical history form. This is important information, and I will go through it with you at the time of the consultation. This complimentary consultation is designed to answer any questions you may have about our practice and to discuss which therapy procedure is best for you.
Payments
Payment for the full session fee can be made by cheque with a bank card as guarantee, or by cash. The fee must be paid in full by the end of each session.

Our offices are situated at Longcroft House, 2-8 Victoria Avenue, London EC2M 4NS, a short walk from Liverpool Street Underground and Overground Stations. Other Underground stations nearby are Aldgate, Aldgate East, Bank, Barbican and Moorgate. Other Overground stations nearby are Fenchurch Street and Moorgate.
