Using Stress Management With Hypnotherapy And NLP

Telling someone who is feeling anxious, stressed or experiencing a full-blown panic attack to “just calm down” may seem both calming and helpful. Chances are, however, the exact opposite of that well-meaning-yet-oh-so-unhelpful pearl of wisdom will occur.

Regardless of age, gender, faith, profession or nationality

You can protect yourself by learning how to be mindful. Stress is a physical response to events that make you feel threatened or upset your balance when you sense danger whether it’s real or imagined – the body's defences kick into high gear in a rapid, automatic process known as the “fight or flight” reaction, or the stress response.
